The Inspiration behind the painting
"She wore Blue Jeans and a Rosary, believed in God and believed in me" - Kid Rock
Blue Jeans and a Rosary was inspired by the Kid Rock song of the same name, created in honor of my Mother who passed during the progress of this painting. Combining abstract with realism, the Rosary seemingly weaves in and out of reality, intertwining the physical world with another dimension we call the afterlife.
